As Director of International Admissions at AUA College of Medicine, Stephen expanded the institution’s presence in the UK and West African markets, creating pathways for students into medical education. Previously, he held leadership roles at the New York Conservatory of Dramatic Arts and the Institute of Culinary Education, where his initiatives led to significant enrollment growth. Stephen’s background also includes a Vice President role at Career Education Corporation, overseeing admissions across multiple campuses. As a scrum master, he managed and managed user stories and helped in designing IT roadmaps for a large organization of over 5,000 employees. His work as a Technical Product Manager allowed him to lead teams and oversee critical projects, all the while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
